What payment methods do we accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express, and we offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (UK Customers only).
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently support payment in GBP for our UK only. For all other international customers, please note your bank and payment method may apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose, and additional processing fees.
Do you offer student, NHS or blue light discount?
Unfortunately, we are not privy to any future discounts however we do have 10% off for first time customers. To receive your 10% off code please sign up to our newsletter via the pop-up when you first visit the site. To be notified of any future discounts or promotions, please sign up to our newsletter.
How do I get 10% off my first order / where is my discount code?
To receive 10% off your first order along with updates on discounts, restocks and new releases, sign up to our Newsletter.Your discount code will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page and a member of the team will look into this for you.
Where are your products made?
Whilst we’re unable to give you exact details of who our manufacturers are for confidentiality reasons, we can happily confirm THEKYY is incredibly passionate about the working and living conditions for all our staff including those in our manufacturing facilities in China.
What size should I order?
Generally our products run true to size although you may wish to size up or down depending on your desired fit. Please see our size guide for specific measurements to help you choose the perfect fit for you!
How do I wash/ care for my THEKYY items?
We provide washing instructions on all product listings, inside the garments themselves, and advise where possible to hand wash (reducing the friction with other fabrics).
